Stroke Awareness Day

Sat, Apr 22nd 2017 at 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Club members will be in Godalming Town raising awareness of the risk of stroke and offering a free blood pressure testing service

The main part of this event is the BP testing activity, done by trained medical and nursing staff from the Binscombe and Mill surgeries, and located in Crown Court, with Rotarians encouraging members of the public to make use of the service.

Each year we find members of the public with elevated BP levels but who were previously unaware of this and they are given appropriate advice by the medical staff present.
