NEWS FROM YOUR LOCAL ROTARY CLUB. We would like to thank all who supported our September CULCHETH BEER FESTIVAL this year at the Culcheth Sports Club (Daten). 2688 pints of Beer supped, 560 pints of Cider swigged and 83 bottles of Wine and Prosecco popped, proved the extent of revellers enjoyment in helping us raise nearly £14,500.00 for local charities. We especially appreciate the generous financial support of our Sponsors, some of whom also assisted behind the bar. We hope that their “investments” will prove worthwhile. Our thanks also to the Musicians for their invaluable contribution to a most convivial atmosphere for the Festival.

We are proud to announce that, on 27thNovember, at the Culcheth Sports Club (Daten) we again present - THE CULCHETH HALLE CONCERT Featuring Members of the World famous Halle Orchestra and Friends playing a selection of the more popular classical pieces, each announced humorously by one of the Musicians, with snippets of interesting background information. Our mystery Guest Conductor is again ready to add to the enjoyment of the evening by taking charge of the final stages of the concert. Tickets, priced £10.00 each are available by phoning 01925 764370, also from Rotary Club Members or at the Culcheth Sports Club bar. Further details are shown on the accompanying poster.
