International Mission Trip

This week our speaker is Mhairi McFayden who will be describing her forthcoming mission trip and the various fundraising activities she is doing to raise the money for the trip.
 
Mhairi, a community worker at Redburn Youth Centre , sat in a freezing cold bath of custard (see photo attached) at her work to raise cash for her World Race Challenge in January..  This will see her travelling to 11 of the world’s poorest countries in 11 months, ministering to the poor in Central America, Africa and Asia.  In order to complete her volunteering mission Mhairi has to raise most of the £12,000 total and her latest fundraiser passed off successfully.
