Local business people, business owners and Managers are invited to a special evening with Cyber Crime specialist, Det. Insp. Richard Osgerby from Humberside Police.   As cyber attacks on businesses reach record highs, costing UK businesses over £1bn in the last year, Richard will give practical advice on ways to protect yourself and your business online.

Det. Insp. Richard Osgodby, says,

‘  Cyber criminals are becoming more and more savvy.  With better awareness, the aim is that people will find out how to protect themselves and their businesses from online criminals such as preventing hacking, unauthorised access to information on computers, spotting a scam and shopping online safely.'

The event is hosted by the Rotary Club of Cleethorpes.  The evening is a ticketed event and includes a buffet.

Please be aware that Tuesday evening 8th November is our Cyber Security Evening when we are inviting local business people to attend, places for this evening may be limited as attendees register and I would ask that you indicate your intention to attend as early as possible.
