Lunchtime Meeting - Chris Paylor

Wed, Aug 17th 2016 at 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Chris Paylor from the Rotary Club of RWB Town recalled a very serious traffic accident and his long journey to overcome his post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Chris's story

Chris gave us at least two stories.
  • The first was his terrifying drive home on the motorway when his car was hit from behind and was then pushed along a motorway lane for over a mile. The incident closed the motorway. The police checked his car and suggested that he stop at the next services to check that there was no oil or petrol leaks. He got home safely.

  • Chris’s second story was how he has spent many years dealing with his post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
