Rev. David Cameron

Rev David S Cameron is Minister of the New Laigh Kirk, Kilmarnock. He was born in Glasgow and brought up in Barrhead, East Renfrewshire embarking on a career in civil engineering and commercial management. Discerning a call to ministry he graduated from Glasgow University and was called to Laigh West High Kirk in 2001. Grange Church united with the congregation in 2009 to become New Laigh Kirk.

David has placed the church at the heart of town and community with initiatives linking partnerships with East Ayrshire Council Vibrant Communities, Ayrshire and Arran NHS Trust, businesses, local government service provision and charitable trusts.

He is married to Laura and has three children Lewis, Lyall and Emily. He likes to taxi!! Watch football, play golf and dine out when not taxiing three children

Charlie Boax, who attends Grange Academy, was the winner of our local Rotary Young Musician competition. On Sunday, 23 April, Charlie competed in the RIGBI Young Musician Final in Manchester and was again successful.
