Horton Hop - jt meeting with Ilminster 41 Club

a joint Car Treasure Hunt with Rotary Club of Ilminster and Ilminster 41 Club to be know as the HORTON HOP

All members of both clubs together with as many friends, wives and partners are encouraged to join in.

DETAILS

1. This is not a race

2. It would be a good idea preferably to have at least 4 in a car.

3. This is a test in observation, there will be no need to get out of your vehicle.

4. You do not need a map, and you don't have to be local.

5. You will be provided with a sealed envelope with your final destination. opening it is big penalty!

6. YOUR STARTING POINT IS WEST STREET CAR PARK, ILMINSTER.

7.START TIME will be staggered from 6.30 to 7.00pm

8 It should not take more that 1.5 to 2. hours.

9. At the final destination there will be a substantial buffet.

10 COST per person £11.00

Finally I would like members who are intending to participate to confirm by WEDNESDAY 6th July.

Payment can be made on the night. Once confirmed you are committed to cost, sorry.

This is a fun evening with no stress required; just testing observation.
