What will it do for Maidenhead

Maidenhead

From December 2019, four Elizabeth line trains an hour will allow passengers to travel right through central London without having to change trains. Two of these will also run between Maidenhead and Reading.
Maidenhead railway station is a major gateway to the town with around 3.5 million people passing through it each year.
Crossrail has been working withg the RBWM to develop plans for a new landscaped plaza to the front of the station to create a better connection from the station and the town centre.
