Community 19/20

With much of our current programme currently impacted by COVID restrictions we thought we would show you the highlight of our programme last year

Our major fund raising event last year was the christmas float and fingers crossed, depending on the COVID restrictions, we are hoping to put on an event again this year. In the meantime we have looked out some photographs which we hope will give fond memories when we were living in more normal times.

In all we collected over £12,000 of which we distributed £1400 back to the community groups who gave up their time and helped us. In addition to 14 street collections we had static floats at Tesco Earlestown and M and S Gemini.  We introduced two new rounds to our schedule-the Viaduct Earlestown plus another round in Lowton. We also supported the switch on at the Earlestown Christmas lights and took the float to Haydock Library and the Boys and Girls Club
