Garden Valley International School

A Presentation to the school from our Club

Manjit Shiihn on the 28th of March 2016 made a Presentation of a  Citation on behalf of Jordans and District Rotary Club to Garden Valley International School.

Pictures taken by Manjit from that event when the children at the school also made a presentation of a Song they had prepared in the one week before our members arrived in India. This was a time when they were on vacation proir to the start of the new school term. The presentation on behalf of the club was well received by Children, Staff and School Management.            They conveyed their thanks to the club for choosing to acknowledge them and hoped that the club would cotinue to take an interest in them and their progress in future which is nice to know that our efforts were appreciated, Both Manjit and Jennifer Owen visited the school whilst they were in India to help with the Polio treatment more fully covered in the website elsewhere. The Plaque will be displayed in their trophy cabinet together with our club flag and the picture of our club president Brian Warrington.
