Santa rescued!

Sun, Dec 13th 2015 at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Barrow firefighters entertained local children at a breakfast organised by The Rotary Club of Furness Peninsula.

During the inspection of the fire appliance an emergency arose- Santa had become stuck up a tower!  The firefighter and rescue team rushed to his aid, skilfully bringing him down from the tower.

Following all the excitement Angela Fryer the club president presented a cheque for £250 to the Firefighters Charity.
