Jun 2016 A Club Trip to Szeged Club, Hungary - 25th Charter Night.

Sat, Jun 18th 2016 at 9:00 am- Sun, Jun 19th 2016 - 6:00 pm

Our Club has been strongly connected with the Szeged Club since its re-start 25 years ago. Still a thriving club their members are keen to see visitors from their 'mother' club on this special occassion.

Our Club harnessed local enthusiasm for a club in the beautiful City of Szeged (near the southern border of Hungary) and helped it re-set up 25 years ago.  Since then several club visits have been arranged in both directions.  Their club has gone from strength to strength and is always extremely hospitable whenever we arrive.  The City of Szeged is twinned with the City of Cambridge too.

Their special Charter Dinner is on Tuesday 14th June 2016 and a Handover BBQ Garden Party Saturday 18th June and they have offered to host a delegation from our Club over the week and/or the weekend.
