The Rotary Annual Antiques and Arts Fair is on the 8th and 9th October 2016 at the Aylsham High School and we would like to invite you to take part as a stall holder.

The Hall will be available to set up your stalls from 3pm on the Saturday 8th October.

There will be an Open Evening on Saturday from 6pm to 8pm, when a glass of wine and nibbles will be available to ticket holders. 

Stall holders will be entitled to a maximum of 2  complimentary glasses of wine and some nibbles which may be different to those provided to ticket holders who have paid to attend as Rotary guest and your customers.  If you wish to purchase Open Evening tickets the cost is £8.00 each. 

Please ensure that you have your own property and public liability insurance.

We have made a change to the way we manage the Fair so your booking arrangements are as follows. 

 We would prefer that you use our web-site and PayPal to make your booking paying the full amount appropriate to the stall size and position you choose.

We have attached a stall position map for your assistance.

As a regular trader we would like to give you the opportunity to book your normal stall before we invite other traders.

This offer is open until 13th June 2016.

Positions 6 to 15 each with 1 table in the Main Hall at £45

 

Positions 21 to 27 each with 1 table in the side Hall at £35

 

Positions 1 to 5 and 16 to 20

A Wall Stand area with two tables in the Main Hall (approx. 8x12) £60

 

Extra Tables at £5.00 each

 

Open Evening Tickets at £8.00. State number required

Over 100 people visit during the Pre-view evening and 500-600 on the Sunday.  With A Treasure Hunt on the Saturday evening where visitors carefully examine each exhibit to solve the clues.





To reserve your space please press the ‘Donate’ button, enter the Table number you would wish to reserve in the ‘Purpose’ box and enter the total amount of money to pay for your area.  Tables will be allocated on a "First Come - First Served" basis.  The dead line for you to book your pitch is 1st Oct 2016.
