Rotarians in St. Ives have had a busy bank holiday weekend.

Providing yet more entertainment for the young visiters to St Ives, was a 'Sandcastle' competition.

The Bank Holiday Monday sunshine welcomed the annual sandcastle  competition organised by The Rotary Club of St Ives and judged by Rotary President Anthony Gribbin and 'I Should  Coco' proprietor Andrea Parsons who sponsored the event.
There were 10 magnificent entries.

First prize of a chocolate castle went to Daisy Perry of Plymouth with Joseph Libbey also of Plymouth  in second place and third place was awarded to Max Chaplin of Bristol.

A fun competition which was enjoyed by participants and spectators alike.
Spectators seemed pleasantly suprised that entertainment for visiting children should be laid on 'Free of Charge'!
