On arrival purchase a drink from the bar then check in with our Attendance Officer (AO) in the Function Room.  Our AO will have the menu from which you can make your choice for £12 (more if you choose any items which bear a supplement) for a 2-course meal.
The meeting will start at 6.30pm after which the food will be served.

We went to the races in March. It was a meeting with 10 races, 8 riders in each. It wasn’t at Epsom, or Haydock Park, or just up the M4 at Newbury. It was, of all places, in Wanborough Village Hall.
