The club meeting on Tuesday featured a fine talk by Peter Dryers on Namibia.

Peter gave an enthusiastic talk on the country, where he was born and lived his younger years before going on his travels around the world before settling in Scotland.

Peter's  talk on Namibia, included landscapes, wildlife, plants and people. He talked about some of the different tribes, in the country of two million.

Peter and his wife run a charity and go out to Namibia on three month holidays to help orphans.  The charity helps with foster care, providing teaching and to help to orphans with food and clothes.  The talk was well supported by many photographs illustrating Peter's presentation on Namibia.
