An interesting talk by the Chairman of the Trustees of this small North East charity.  Practical Compassion for Destitute Children (or PCDC) aims to help poverty-stricken children - of all faiths - in Palestine. Jacqueline Rainford spoke of the problems experienced, and the need to help many to access an education that we take for granted.
