A routine business meeting ...


President David opened the business meeting by outlining Club Council's proposal for the disposal of the remaining commemorative vans - essentially they are to be distributed to various local charities for them to use as they wished with the first 100 being sent to a national toy collectors auction. Club members approved this approach unanimously.

As chairman of the fund raising committee David Grey reviewed the success of the Swimathon that took place last Saturday.  Early indications are that this, the seventh Swimathon, will bring the total raised to over
