Walk of the Month - Harthill

Tue, Nov 25th 2014 at 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Harthill Reservoir - Woodall - Kiveton Country Park

Frost and bright sunshine for our walk round Pebley Ponds, Woodall and Kiveton Country Park, but soggy under foot in a couple of places. Peter had to short cut back from Woodall, but the other four of us enjoyed climbing the old slag heap to see the pit pony and wagon at the top.

Good food at the Beehive where we bumped into past member Jim Garton.

John.
