Young Chef
Supporting the National Young chef Competition
Rotary holds national competitions for young people up to the age of 18 to help develop their skills. One such competition is the Young Chef. Cooking is a valuable life skill and contestants have to prepare and present a meal within a preset time and budget. Over the last few years the Rotary Club of Burnham-on-Sea have, with the assistance of the local comprehensive school, held local heats of this worthwhile competition and Rotarians have been amazed at the standards achieved.
