Our club meeting on Tuesday included our business meeting + SGM.
 
SGM confirmed the election of Dave Riddell as Club President for 2016/17.  Dave will be Club Senior Vice President until 1st July 2015 when he will become President Elect with Barry Walters President for 2015/16
 
Alex Evan - Wong will be be Junior Vice President until 1st January 2016 - Election of Stuart Nicol as Secretary and Alastair Durkie as Treasurer for 2015/16
 
Ewan Archibald & Barry Walters are the two voting delegates for Rotary Conferences with Dave Riddell & Stuart Nicol as deputies in event delegates are absent.
 
The Audited Annual Accounts for the year 2013/14 on behalf of Alastair Durkie were received and approved.
 
George Primrose is Auditor for 2014/15
 
Barry Walters reported that there were two further volunteers for role of president, John Stirling and Neil Spriddle would be noted in a succession plan.
 
Members engaged in some discussion in both SGM, and during convenors business meeting reports.
 
Reminder date for your diary - Tuesday 16th December Partners Christmas Evening, Keavil House Hotel, Crossford  6.30 for 7.00pm  (Last Club meeting for this year)
 
Sheet being circulated at our weekly meetings to determine numbers.  Please append your name to sheet or email myself, if you have not already done so.
 
N.B.  WE REQUIRE TO ADVISE HOTEL THE NUMBER OF ATTENDEES, AND ALSO THE NUMBER REQUIRING A VEGETARIAN OPTION BY 9TH DECEMBER
 - PLEASE ADVISE ME ON ABOVE BY 9TH DECEMBER AT THE LATEST !!  (Spinach & ricotta tortellini with ratatouille is the vegetarian dish)
 
Advance date for your diary - Tuesday 27th January Partners Burns Celebration Night Keavil House Hotel 6.30 for 7.00pm (Sheet will be circulated at club soon)
 
The next meeting Tuesday 9th December speaker Willie Rennie  - a good turnout would be appreciated.
