Kingsbury May Festival Car Parking - 5 May 2014

We have been asked if we could provide some volunteers to help with car parking at the Kingsbury May Festival on Bank Holiday Monday 5^th May.  Yeovil Rotary will also be providing man power.  I raised it at the business meeting and we have a few volunteers, any additional help will be welcome.

Our job would be to assist with directing the cars and taking the car parking fee.  We will be required between about 10:00 and 13:00.  They had 4,000 cars last year and expect the same this year so it will be busy for a while but fun I would hope.

The Monday festival itself is free and charities and good causes are encouraged have a presence in order to promote themselves and/or raise money.  It may be a good opportunity for us to talk to some stallholders about our street fair too.
