Club Handover

Our Handover Evening will be at the Walpole Arms, Itteringham. Cost is £30.00/person.


 


Dinner Menu Thursday 25th June 2015

Starters:

a) Ham hock in broth, pickled shitake mushrooms and caramelised onion.

b) Ringstead oak smoked salmon, pickled cucumber, lemon mayonnaise .

c) Wood Farm asparagus, poached duck egg, butter sauce and crispy croutons.

Mains:

d) Braised short rib of beef, chive mash potato, aromatic carrot and jus.


e) Pan fried stone bass, Cromer crab cake, spinach and butter sauce.


f) Potato gnocchi, local wild mushrooms, cream, basil pesto and spinach.


Puddings


g) Vanilla Panna cotta with Sharrington strawberry compote.


h) Chocolate brownie with fresh raspberry Chantilly cream.


i) Norfolk cheese board, homemade biscuits and chutney.
