The Community Services Committee is committed to providing community service to Cupar and District. Whilst we have regular annual activities we can and will react to any suitable community project that we are aware of or is brought to our attention. In particular through our Environmental sub-committee we are keen to support any environmental project with an educational, public or sustainable purpose.

Our regular programme amongst others includes:

Tarvit Pond.  This project in "Cupar's hidden garden" Includes provision of benches, pond dipping platforms, bird and bat boxes, renewal of footpath network, cleaning out ponds, environmental clear ups and planting trees. This provides an excellent area for pedestrians walking and also educational opportunities.

KidsOut Day; The KidsOut Charity has the aim of supporting disadvantaged children and our Club supports it's annual day out which takes the form of a day out with numerous activities and lunch for the children, staff of their schools and carers. Recently this has been at Cairnie Adventure Park, by Cupar.

Our Club Choir visit all the local Residential Care Homes Carol Singing at Xmas which is much enjoyed by all.

We organise Dominoes Games Nights at three of the residences (which we usually lose!).

We service a Wishing Well at the nearby Deer Centre which promotes the club and raises substantial funds

We arrange a Day Out for the Elderly by bus in the summer - recently to Kellie Castle with lovely gardens and high tea thereafter.

We support the local Kilmaron School for Disadvantaged Children in several ways including a Burns Concert.

Our various activities are much enjoyed by all our Members who take part and there is really something for everyone.  There is little more rewarding than to participate in something which gives a benefit or pleasure to others or the Community at large and to have a lot of fun doing it.
