Rotary Crewe through the International Society of MMU (Cheshire)offered to take overseas students out for a day to experience life, the countryside and food in the UK.
Jeremy Spijker a Dutch student studying at MMU in Crewe was the first student

Rotary Crewe spent a week at South Cheshire College Crewe during volunteer week. Hundreds of students learnt about Rotary Shoe Boxes, about the Club Santa Claus float and many other aspects of volunteering. Some 25 Rotary Shoe boxes were bought.

On Wednesday 13th November pupils of St Mary's RC primary school met MMU students from a dozen countries learning about their language,dance,food,culture etc With a passport each they collected flags etc Thanks to the International Society and MMU
