Anita Manning's Antiques Roadshow

Thu, Apr 24th 2014 at 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Anita Manning and her team hosted an Antiques Roadshow in Greenock. The event was a Rotary fundraiser in support of the Mary's Meals Backpack Project.

The day started with a queue of keen customers before the scheduled opening time. Luckily they were able to use the tearoom which had a mouth watering array of cakes and tea bread available.

Anita welcomed the attendees and explained the value of the Mary's Meals project.   A steady stream of people  came through the doors, many of whom were delighted with the valuations which they received.

The day was a great success and now the shopping begins to purchase and fill backpacks which will soon be on their way to help enable children to attend school.
