Rotary Challenge Clay Pigeon Shoot

In response to the District Challenge, the Rotary Club of Renfrew challenged the Rotary Club of Greenock to a Clay Pigeon Shoot which took place at Houston.
The Renfrew team (at the back) included Martin and Jim Moir, Martin McLaughlin and Paul Maiolani

Whilst there was a lot of praise for the home baking which was available at the Rotary Coffee Morning, the Guinness Fruit Loaf baked by Rotarian Lynne Chambers,was tremendously popular. Lynne has allowed me to display the recipe which she uses below.
