Charity Car Parking - 20th JUly 2013

"Chestfield Rotary Club held a charity car parking event on Saturday 20th July 2013 at Whitstable Junior School. Despite the overcast weather, the Club raised £473.81 in parking donations, £98.25 on the stall.
Half the car parking monies will go to Whitstable Junior School, the rest will go to our Charity Account with takings from the stall.
The money raised from events like this allows us to continue to support the community and charities like MS Therapy Centre, End Polio Now and Walking for Water.
Many thanks to our Rotarians who donated their time, effort and humour to make the event a success!
Our next charity car parking event at the school is on 14th December 2013. If you have any unwanted books or have any festive homemade goodies that you would like to donate to the next parking event, please let Georgina know."
