Westy's Wanderings!!


A very modest foot sore Dave told us how far he walked!

I have now re-measured my walk = 412 miles and circa 60,000 feet of climbing. I did the Dales High Way from Saltaire to Appleby. I walked from Appleby to Staveley to join the After Wainwright walk around the edge of the Lakes and then returned to Saltaire on the Dalesway.

 

He is raising money for the Asylum Seekers trip to Scargill which the club are organising.  We will be hearing all the details soon  - keep posted.
