Community Service
The club has been involved in a number of projects in the community. We raise funds for local charities such as the Peace Hospice and the New Hope Trust. We have volunteers providing transport to take blind people to the Watford Blind Centre twice a month. We organise the Gateway Games - an annual event for local people with learning difficulties. We take a group of children on the annual Kids Out trip to Whipsnade Zoo as part of the national Rotary Kids Out event.
We host the Older People's Christmas Lunch and Carol Service.
