Friday June 29th we enjoyed an enthusiastic evening of eating, drinking, entertainment and celebration when Gillian Pearce was inducted as the 2012/13 president of our club. We all dressed with a Jubilee theme of red, white and blue. After a tasty meal we were treated to some entertaining singing which culminated in a rousing chorus of patriotic songs. We are looking forward to the rest of the year in which Gillian has promised that fun will be as much a part of the year as business. |
