RIBI Conference Details

 The RIBI Conference is being held in Harrogate from 12th - 14th April 2013. A relatively close venue, compared to Bournemouth, and a really nice town to visit. Some inspiring speakers and presentations - just pick and chose those you want, no need to listen to it all! Not to mention the important business meeting on Saturday afternoon.

Guest speakers include:

  • RI President Sakuji Tanaka.
  • Simon Weston, Falklands veteran.
  • Matt Dawson, Patron of Beating Bowel Cancer.
  • Nick Hewer, Patron of Hope and Homes for Children.
  • Karren Brady, Stroke Association Ambassador.

Once again this is an excellent opportunity for a Club Social Weekend with a strong Rotary theme and a chance to broaden our horizons beyond West of Scotland. Many other Clubs do this having a Club Dinner on the Friday evening in their chosen hotel or local restuarant. Entertainment is usually provided on the Friday and Saturday evening.
