Rotary Club of Darwen's 79th Charter celebration was held at the Darwen Masonic Hall.
President Geoff was for once speechless when presented with a Paul Harris Fellowship, Rotary's highest honour, by the District Governor
President Geoff Tolley was for once speachless when he was presented with a Paul Harris Fellowship by District Governor David Simpson
David also presented long service awards to Club members
