Club Social Events

One of the most important aspects of Rotary membership is about having fun and enjoying social time with fellow members

As well as supporting our community, fellowship and fun are also essential ingredients of being a Rotarian. Our regular meetings and social activities are great opportunities for this.

On the fundraising and events side, our main focus is on supporting local charitable causes in Nairnshire. Over the years these have included buying the Christmas Lights for Nairn, contributing to the development of the Community and Arts Centre and the recent refurbishment of the Museum of Nairn as well as supporting a large number of individual local charities. Currently we are raisng funds to equip an IT training and support room in the new CAB building, to held people who are digitally disadvantaged to benefit from on-line services.

Rotary International is a global organisation, so we also support  some worthy International  causes, such as humanitarian aid and our work on the global eradication of Polio (in partnership with the Bill Gates Foundation).

We are tremendously grateful for the generosity of people in Nairn and we hope you will continue to support our fundraising.
