The Rotary Foundation helps fund our humanitarian activities, from local service projects to global initiatives leading the charge on worldwide Rotary campaigns such as eradicating polio and promoting peace.

Rotary, together with our partners, has reduced polio cases by 99% worldwide since ourfirst project to vacciate children in the Phillipines in 1979. Rotarians have helped imminize more than 2 billion children in 122 countries.

Each year, Rotary selects up to 100 individuals from around the world to receive fully funded academic programs to persue programs related to peace and conflict resolution at one of the patricipating peace centres.
