The Club is managed by monthly meetings of the President, President Elect, Secretary, Treasurer and Chairpersons of each of the committees listed below. This group is known as the 'Council' and is a feature of most Rotary Clubs. Decisions made by the Council are endorsed by occasional Club Meetings known as 'Business Meetings' at which views on the activities of the Club can be debated.

In additions various club members have special duties incuding Attendance , Special Events, Health and Safety, Child Protection, Almoner.

Special event activities include charity and community events such as the Cookham Regatta, Concerts, Golf Events and many others. Sub committees to deal with these events form and dissolve as necessary.

Our current President is John Fairlie who assumed office from Paul Ovstedal on 1st July 2022; President Elect (Vice president) for the year 2023/24 is Rotarian Jon Graystone

Halloween with a Hogwarts Theme - October 31 2018

In addition to fund raising and supporting the local community, CBRC has a social and 'fellowship' programme. Examples include the annual President's Night, Theatre Trips, Walks and many other events.

The concert was performed by the London Welsh Male Voice Choir at Taplow Court on Sunday 1st October 2017. The objective was to raise funds for local day care centre - Elizabeth House.
