Chris Ley on right with President John.


A name and face that must be familiar to many March residents is that of
Chris Ley, who in 2007 left his long time and well respected career as G.P.
at the Riverside Practice to pursue his interest as a professional
photographer

With the title, 'A Namibia Journey', this was the subject of the talk he
gave to the Rotary Club of March, on the 30th November.

Describing how in 2004, he took part in a trek, with 40 others, for ten days
across a National Park in Namibia. Walking 25 k. a day in temperatures
reaching as high as 40 C. ( 120 F. ). The reason was to raise money for the
Charity, Cancer Research. A minimum of
