President in 1989-90 was founder member Ian Borland (42). Ian was born in Elderslie near Paisley and was educated in Ayr and Edinburgh. He moved to work in Dunfermline with James E Watson, insurance Brokers in 1981.
Five years before the inception of the West Fife Club, Ian was founder President of the Rotoract Club of Dunfermline.
