"WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE OR HAVE IN WOODBRIDGE ?"

The Rotary Club of Woodbridge is anxious to have any ideas which you may have for the improvement of Woodbridge from your point of view or from the point of view of a visitor to the Town.

By "improvement" we hope that ideas will range as widely as possible. Perhaps clubs or groups which they would like to see but are not at present catered for, facilities which are presently lacking but which would enhance the lives of people in the town. We feel sure that given time to ponder you will be able to think of some interesting and exciting things to suggest.

We must make it quite clear that we are not offering to provide what you want. This is not a "make your dreams come true" appeal nor are we offering pots of money. We are offering practical help and encouragement with the development of your ideas which may include some initial funding,

We are canvassing widely throughout Woodbridge to gather ideas which we hope will turn into a list of really useful projects which can be considered over a period. If we need some help we will certainly be in contact with other service organisations, such as ourselves, who we think can help and those who wish to share the information we gather.

Rotary is an active organisation but is probably at its best when enabling people to achieve their own objectives. We will be happy if we can help you with your ideas which will enhance the lives of the people of Woodbridge and therefore the town itself.

Please give us your ideas which should be about the Town rather than in connection with your organisation. No idea will go unconsidered but we cannot guarantee that any particular idea will be accepted as being practical or even if accepted will be acted upon immediately.

We would like your initial reply by 30^th September, if possible, and any others which come to mind by 30^th November. We hope that you will consider this as a permanent invitation to approach the Rotary Club of Woodbridge with ideas which come to you at any time in the future.
