Rotary member Sheila Smith is treasurer for this local youth group and expressed concerns that, until their fundraising event in May, the charity was struggling to offer services to the young people of the area. President Patrick offered to contribute £250 from his President's fund and money raised from our charity quiz and supper last month meant that £390 could be donated to assist the youth group. You can read more about the activities of this local charity HERE. The photo above shows President Patrick with, on the left, Leintwardine YOuth Co-ordinator Karen Foote and on the right Youth Worker Amanda Roberts, who extended their sincere thanks for the Rotary Club's support at a difficult time.
