After last year's problems for the West Show due to a deluge of rain, it was good to see the day dawning with sunshine which lasted most of the day. The Fete gave Rotary an opportunity to meet the public and to highlight the Good Companions Redevelopment.
It was also the first outing for our new gazebo sourced by Bob Marshall. It is certainly unmissable and is easily erected and stowed away.
We now need to give it more outings during the year.
And the winners of the Treasure Hunt were the Dumbrell family. Above Claire, Zoe and Jack receive their prize, a day out at the A'Maizin Maize, from President Ray.
