Community Service / Vocation Annual Programme

Verwood Rotary actively support a number of activities within the community throughout the year, whether this be other rotary events, local charities or organisations, fundraising or supporting local charities financially.

Some of the regular events supported throughout the year include

 Kids Out to Paultons Park - What a day.!! Over 50 children from the Sheiling Trust Homes near Ringwood, hosted by Rotarians from the Clubs of Verwood and Bransgore, joined over a 1000 other disadvantaged and handicapped children plus as many carers and Rotarians from over 70 Clubs who came from all over the South Coast.

June - Sheiling Trust Open Day.

November - Collection of Shoe Boxes for Eastern Europe and Africa.

December. - Riding for Disabled parties and Christmas Extravaganza at Ferret Green. [Tent, Father Xmas, Roundabout. ]

March - PSA testing 

April -  Swing band dance
