• 27 June 2015: Race Night Special at Breage Social Club

• 2 June 2015: President Edwin inducted Rtn David Hall as a new member of the Club. David was introduced by Rtn. Peter Mueller.

• 1-3 May 2015: BEER FESTIVAL 2015 at Epworth Hall, Coinagehall Street, Helston. In suport of the Cove Appeal (New MacMillan Nurses facility at Treliske).
• 7/8 April. WHITE WASH WALLS to assist power washing of walls (followed by three weekends to repair and paint the walls).
• 28 March 2015. Big Breakfast at Breage Village Hall (0900 - 13:00). £5 per person; All You Can Eat!
• 23 March 2015. Rotary Club of Helston, Skittles Challenge at the Blue Anchor
• 3 Mar 2015. The Club welcomed two new members. Rtn. Henry Dunstan and Rtn. Carlton Real both introduced by the Club President Rtn Edwin Lawrance.

• 27 January 2015. President Edwin informed Club members of the sad news that Founder Member and Past President Derek Reid, PHF had sadly passed away.
• 23 January 2015. Over 300 people enjoyed an evening's entertainment with Johnny Cowling at the Kingsford Venue, Flambards. The event was organised by Rotarian Roy Treloar.
• 13 December 2014. The Club held its annual senior citizens Christmas party at the Culdrose Community Centre, welcoming 58 senior citizens from Helston, Porthleven and Mullion. Entertained with carols by the HMS Seahawk Volunteer Band. The senior citizens were provided with sandwiches, sausage rolls, mince pies, tea and coffee prepared by the ladies of Inner Wheel. Club members served the food and drinks and everyone attending received a Christmas gift. President Edwin Lawrance thanked the band, the Inner Wheel ladies and organiser Andy Smith for making it such an enjoyable event.

• 7 September 2014. Two members of the Club, David Cromey and Nigel Sumpter, departed as members of the District Overseas Project Team (OPT) on its 69th convoy taking three fire engines and an ambulance to Kosovo.
• 5 September 2014. The Club held its Annual Golf Day, organised by Rtn Hjalmar Wara pictured below Adrian Richards (CEO of BF Adventure) with winners and Club President- see more photos.

• 2 September 2014. The Club presented John Head with a plaque to recognise his many years of outstanding service to the community of Helston

• 27 August 2014. Rtn. Chris Butterill challenged Club members to take the Ice Bucket Challenge. Around 15 members completed the Challenge and nominated the ladies of the Inner Wheel Club of Helston-Lizard, the Rotary Club of Helston and the Rotary Club of Cober Valley.

• 20 July 2014. In perfect sunny weather we raced against the Rotary Club of Helston for the annual inter-club Karting Challenge Trophy. After three tightly fought races the riders average lap times were used to decide the winner. In a very close contest the Helston club took the trophy from us with an average lap time of 51.55 seconds to Helston Lizard's 51.626. Fastest lap time went to Callum Timpson, who was riding for Helston, with a lap of 46.545. Rtn. Steve Ford of the Rotary Club of Helston-Lizard presented the trophy to the President of the Rotary Club of Helston, Rtn. Benny Vleminckx.



• 11-12 June 2014. This year's annual Charity Beer Festival took place at Wheal Dream. Thanks to all supporters and particularly our generous sponsors.
