Please select one dish from each course and send menu choices for each named person to President Ian.
Starters
Trio of melon with strawberries and raspberry coulis
Prawn and crayfish tian with a Marie Rose sauce
Deep fried goats cheese served with a spicy tomato chutney
Main courses
Lamb shank with spring onion mash and rosemary gravy
Sea Bass fillet with a fondant potato and dill sauce
Mediterranean vegetable tart served with a tomato coulis with new potato
All served with seasonal vegetables
Desserts
Poached pear frangipane served with vanilla ice cream
Lemon meringue pie served with raspberry sorbet
Apple and blackberry crumble served with custard
(Tea and Coffee with chocolate mints will be served)
