The first National Rotary KidsOut Day took place in 1990 and since then it has turned into the biggest single outing for disadvantaged children in the UK.
It was Rotary International, in 1979, that set the aim to eradicate polio. We're nearly there!

Welcome to Henley on Thames Rotary Club
We are a relatively small club of 30 or so members well known for its fellowship and for the sense of humour that characterises the club.
We meet weekly alternating lunch (12:45) and twilight meetings (18:30), have regular social activities and are part of the Rotary family of 1.2 million members world wide.
We are active locally and supported some 18 charitable courses in the last 12 months. Many were local such as Henley Sea Cadets, Wyfold Riding for the Disabled, The Air Ambulance and Wheelpower at Stoke Mandeville also Rotary International's number one priority the eradication of polio.
If having fun, dining quite well and enjoying varied social activities whilst putting a bit back into the community appeal to you we should love to hear from you.

We generate in excess of Â£20000 a year and pay our own costs so every Â£s generated may help.
