About us

We are currently a satellite of Stockport's Lamplighter Rotary Club, and once we reach 20 members we will split from them and become a full member of Rotary in our own right. We are very close to that point now, and if you are interested in joining us we would be delighted to hear from you. You can contact Steve by email (stephen.scott687@yahoo.co.uk) who will be delighted to tell you more. We currently meet fortnightly by video conference, with the occasional face to face meeting. This format of Rotary is perfect for those that haven't got time for it! Now you have - if you can't get to the meeting there will usually be a recording for you to catch up in your own time. Just perfect for busy people. We also do the charitable work that Rotary is well known for, both locally and in the International community, as well as fundraising to be able to do this. We are Rotary without all the old fashioned frills. Our motto is "having fun while helping others" and so far we have certainly done that! Get in touch now to find out more and become part of this.
