We have a passion to make a difference in the Community, whether that community is in Brentwood, in Britain and Ireland or worldwide and we recognise that an effective way for a group of motivated individuals to make a difference is through belonging to a service organisation with a global footprint whose ideals match ours - Rotary International.
Since we were formed as a Club in 1998 we organise regular social and fundraising activities whilst also serving our community through a varied programme of projects and Vocational work, finding out about local and interational opportunities to make a difference, keep active with sporting events and sociable Sunday walks that finish with a good meal!
We are a breakfast club but also meet at other times as detailed on this website to plan Club activities and build and enjoy fellowship with members and their families. We aim to enjoy our Rotary and keep the fun in fundraising!
Our fundraising and voluntary work is centred on Brentwood and Essex but through Rotary’s own Charity Rotary Foundation we also support Rotary International’s projects that work towards making a difference in the following areas:
• Peace and Conflict Resolution, Disease Prevention and Treatment
• Water and Sanitation, Maternal and Child Health
• Basic Education and Literacy, Economic and Community Development
Come along and get involved to see if “giving something back” to your Community and making a global impact through Rotary International will add more positivity to Life!

Please Note: Rotary International in Great Britain & Ireland (RIBI) is an Association of private clubs, members of which abide by the Constitution and By-laws of the Association, and by the Constitution of their own club.
Club members, as stated in the RIBI Club Constitution, should be "adult persons of good character and good business, professional and/or community reputation" and agree to uphold high moral and ethical standards in their "personal, business and community life" as well as in their interaction with other people generally.
Please note that "membership of a club is by invitation only, at the discretion of the members."
It is important, therefore, that you take time to visit your prospective club on a few occasions to ensure not only that you get to know its members and that you will feel happy being part of the club, but also that you give its members a chance to get to know you.
Be part of a global network of volunteers, trying to make the world a better place. Please also see the 'links & news' page for information from the local district and live feeds from Rotary International and Rotary International in GB&I.
