THE MAIKOT PROJECT
A two year project to provide funds for the villagers of Maikot in Nepal to build a water supply pipeline into the village and build a new village toilet block was completed in February 2016 Funds were raised in collaboration with other local Rotary Clubdetails
THE ROTARY FOUNDATION
The Rotary Foundation is our Charity within Rotary and its aim is to give grants to clubs who use the money to fund projects around the world. The motto is: 'Doing good in the World' The funding comes entirely from members donationsdetails
In ROTAKIDS we aim to inspire and motivate our young people, to explore their talents and achieve their potential, by involving them in challenging and stimulating projects, in school, in communities at home and around the world.details

ROTARY in Great Harwood and Rishton was founded in 1946.
We are part of an International organisation of around 1.2 million members in 200 countries worldwide.
England is divided into districts and in the Lancashire and Cumbria district there are 78 clubs.
