Rotary celebrated 10 years fighting polio in India. The celebration took place at the Houses of Common London

Young Photographer 2018


The presentation is now at Weston Road Academy on Thursday 3rd May. Doors open at 6.30pm, presentation at 7pm. This is open at a competition open to any young person from 5 to 18. Its an opportunity to show how creative you are.

Youth Activities


The youth committee keeps in contact with the schools in Stafford. They run several competitions including; Young Photographer, Young Artist, Young Chef, Young Musician as well as the Urban Explorers Project.

Pensioners Christmas Party


This is an invitation only event. Nominated guests who live alone and will spend Christmas alone. The event is sponsored by local businesses, A special lunch, entertainment and Santa.

Xmas Party


Local businesses sponsored an elderly person to share Christmas lunch with other OAP's. We provided a hot lunch and superb entertainment and Santa made an early appearance.

Iron Man at Shugborough


Rotary District 1210 are supplying nearly 180 stewards in support of this event. We have over 30 Rotary fundraising participants in the event.

We launch 800 little yellow ducks into the River Sow from Victoria Park, first few over the line win a cash prize

Young Photographer Competition 2015


The Young Photographer competition is now closed. The award evening is on Wednesday 6th May at Weston Road Academy. Doors open 7pm presentation commences at 7.30pm. A display of the best 50 images will be there. For info Contact David Stubbs 01785213868

Health Awareness in Stafford


This is now a massive event involving several groups of health professionals. The main aim of the day is to encourage the public to be more conscious of their personal health. I.E. blood pressure, sugar levels.

Kloof Study Centre Fund raising


RCSK are supporting Kloof Study centre in South Africa. We are looking to secure funding from the District to supply computers for use by the young people.

The vocational study exchange programme is open to none Rotarian,s 18 and over in full time employment. The four candidates have now been selected.

Evening Meal at Stafford College


This a fellowship event at Stafford College. This is probably one of the best attended events in the club year. The year two students of the college prepare and serve members a meal.

Duck race 2014


Our annual duck Race will take place on 6th July as party of 'Tea in the Park event. The ducks will start the race in Mill bank and end at Riverside. Tickets are available from any member.

British Legion poppy Appeal


RC Stafford Knot will be in Asda all week supporting the British legion in selling poppies. This is the second year RCSK have been in partnership with the RBL.

The club are holding a meal and fellowship at Hopton Village hall. french food and wine will be the theme of the night.

V Festival Collection


Following a spectacular weekend of music. Rotarians from all over the District come together to salvage articles for use and clean up the rubbish.

Stone Circle Walk


This is a sponsored walk with a twist. Members are escorting a Stafford Knot around the 36.5 mile route. Proceeds will go to the Young carers and MASE.

President's Night


Pres.Mina Crisp invites you to join her at the County Showground Stafford for her Presiidents night. The medieval evening is in honour of Rotarian John Oldham, founder memeber. Funds raised are for the Alzheimers Society and other Rotary Charities.
